Shipping Policy

Who do you use?
For all parcels around New Zealand – we use Courier Post. For all International Parcels we use a combination of NZ Post, International Air and some third parties once the parcel has arrived in the country of destination.

How long does it take?

New Zealand*
Courier: 1-3WorkingDays

Rest of the World*
International Air – 10-15 working days – NON Trackable Service 

Delivery within NZ:
Please note that the delivery times may take longer during the Holiday seasons – ie Christmas, New Year and other public holiday dates. Once it leaves Spice of Life’s premises, we have no control over the delivery timeframe/courier drivers schedule.

*These timeframes start only once the order has left our premises, not from the day your order is placed on our website. This may be due to stock availability. Working days means days during the week, not including weekend days. Please note that Spice f Life  has no control over the delivery times once it has left our premises.

What if my International Order gets stuck at Customs?
Individual countries have various laws for importation of food supplements, therefore it is your responsibility to check your country’s legislation for any items prohibited by any law, regulation or statute of any country or state to, or through which the items may be shipped.

Spice of life will not accept any liability or make compensation payments forloss, damage, delayed delivery or parcels halted by customs for containing any prohibited items.From time to time shipments are held by customs and subject to inspection fees – Spice of Life is not liable for these fees.

If for any reason your International order is not allowed into your country and Customs returns it to us, then once we have received the parcel, we will refund your order – not including the original shipping fee. The parcel must be back at our premises physically before your order will be refunded. Our Customer Services team will contact you when it has arrived back safely.
